2012 F250 Fog Lamp issue

I have a 2012 F250 6.7L FX4 Lariat, having
issues with my fog lamps, they have always
worked fine until now. I checked the fuse, the
key is on, my brights are off, and I have the
amber indicator in the switch when it is
pulled out. I am only getting 3.9 VDC at each
fog light connector. Any ideas? Am I missing
something?

Low voltage makes me think there is corrosion in a connection somewhere.
