Why did you replace sensor? I know some fords, if you suspect a maf sensor problem, everything off, unplug the maf sensor, start it up and take it for a spin, if it does better, have to check maf system, not just the sensor. There is the wiring connector--wiring circuits and computer. Just my opinion.
I just replace the sensor and the engine light still on
