What does it mean when the temp light
flashes red and blue, and the check engine
light is on also? Radiator problems or
Thermostat is bad?

I'd go with the thermostat, but check the coolant level make sure it is full. And you go somewhere to see what the code is to give you an idea what needs to be fixed.

Subaru t-stats are among the most reliable and durable extant, so it's not that. Check coolant IMMEDIATELY, then get that code read soon to proceed. Good luck.
