What I want is a nice deep exhaust sound and have no idea about anything whether I should also do a cold air intake if headers necessary what's my best option

If the deep sound is all you really want to achieve, your local muffler shop can install a muffler that will do the trick. Something you may ask for is a "Glass Pack". They were pretty common years ago but they can still be found, nice thing is they are cheaper than standard mufflers and in my experience last much longer. Nice deep rumble if that is what you are looking for. Those other things you mentioned may provide increased power, but a lot of expense if all you want is the rumble. Good luck

Try a flow master install it close to the converter then go out out the rear if you have room go one size bigger on pipe. This will give you a deeper tone with no cackle. I think the glass pack will make it cackle.
