2012 ford f150 xlt random button on dash

there is a random button to the left of my steering wheel, above the button that
adjusts interior lights. anyone know what this is?

i went through every page of the owners manual and it doesn't mention it

If you bought the truck used it could be for an aftermarket item installed. Perhaps fog lights. Did you try the switch?
