Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just bought a used 2004 Ford Focus SVT,
stick. Ill try to explain what I’m
experiencing In hopes someone can make
sense of it! Yesterday I was driving and the
batter light was flashing randomly, also
flashing when I was slowing down (but not
when I was downshifting) To a stop. Also
yesterday and today when approaching
turns the engine, oil, and battery light will
come on and I will lose steering.... only for
a moment and then I will shift into the
appropriate gear depending on what speed
I’m going and the car will drive normally!
Help!!! My car stops steering while I’m
driving!!!!
