Replaced the battery for a brand new one, now my Buick Regal 2012 won't start and a annoying sound started once i made all the connections. Now not even the lights on the dash turn on!

Tom, I did check that, the cables should be on the right place.. The fuse box sitting right next to the battery started a clicking noise when i connected the battery and seems like no power goes to the car at all since it doesn't even start..
