I own a 2012 Toyota Rav4 Sport V6 which stock tires are 235/55R18 run flats. I would like to put a tire with more meat 235/60R18 on this vehicle @ 3% height difference. Is this going to be a problem?

I doubt this would be a problem. These tires are slightly taller and the same width.
