2912 mitsubishi galant won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car won't start dome light and dash lights blink
when turn car off. Jump start drive twenty park it
won't turn back on .dash lights and dome lights
blink.buzzing sound comming  from fuss boxs out
side of car with out key in it

Not common, but could be fuse. Less common but possible you have bad alternator. (My theory without seeing vehicle.)
