Your 2003 Honda Odyssey has a timing belt. (3.5L V6). It should be replaced every 166,000km, along with the water pump and cooling system flush. Due to the complexity of the V-TEC system and the importance of the timing belt, only a Honda Dealership should perform this service.

No, the timing chain is used for Honda K24A 4 cylinders engine, it is never changed in the life of the K24A. Honda Odyssey has J35A 6 cylinders with the timing belt, replaced in every 70K to 80K miles. Honda Service is highly recommended but it costs little higher.
