Remote won't work and can't customize the driver features.

Asked by Christy Mar 27, 2014 at 08:38 PM about the 2006 Honda Odyssey Touring FWD with DVD and Navigation

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Recently locked my keys in van and had a lock smith come and unlock, when he opened
door the alarm went off. Finally got alarm to stop and now my keyless remote will not
work nor can I customize the driver features that are in the dash like (all doors unlock
when car is put in park) I replace battery in remote but still won't work. Anybody know how
i can reset it or know how to fix.

I believe the Body Control Module handles all this, better get some codes and look on "odyclub.com" as always before going to a dealer $$$. If you have big bucks for 110-130 per hour take to dealer, have some coffee and free internet and watch Jerry Springer on 60 in LCD in nice leather Lazy Boys.
