2008 Honda Odyssey Computer Malfunctions?

Asked by paultran Aug 31, 2013 at 10:56 PM about the 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L FWD with DVD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I bought flooded 2008 Honda Odyssey, and of course it does not work. So then i
bought another 2008 Honda Odyssey with some small accidents. I decided to removed
everything out of the flooded Odyssey and took the parts from the other Odyssey and
install it back into the flooded one. (The other Odyssey works perfectly) I literally
exchanged every part one by one from scratch and the frame was the only thing left.
After all of that, I tried to start the car but the engine doesn't go off, but everything else
works, the doors, windows, etc. In my head I would think its because of the computer,
but it would be the same parts. Besides from being in a different frame. So I don't
understand why it doesn't run. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul.

Bad Ground....I'm going to say clean the ground lug as it goes to the chassis...with a coarse wirebrush...lug and territory that it bolts to to assure 300 cold cranking amp capability~ get a NEW battery~
