How to replace piston an rod in dodge neon

If I had to replace a piston and rod I would pull the motor out of car. If replacing one might as well do them all. Also what caused them to need replacing? If spun bearing/rod I would also change oil pump and all bearings(main and rod). In other words a complete rebuild would be your best bet for it to last you for many more miles. IMO anyways
