Radio doesn't work

The radio doesn't work when I am turn off battery
of car and the radio locked and doesn't turn on
How to turn on any help me please could send

Mine just did the same exact thing! Disconnected the battery to install a trailer hitch and now the radio and entire entertainment system won’t power on. I’ll let you know what I find out!
