Car was flooded overnight and won't start

Asked by aspire27 Sep 25, 2016 at 10:56 AM about the 2012 INFINITI G25 Journey RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Before I went to bed it started raining and didn't think of it. I woke up this
morning and found out that my car and my neighbor's cars were flooded
overnight. I could tell because when I sat in the car it was soaked and I
have water in my cup holder. I  have a 2012 Infiniti G25 and when I adjust
the electronic seat nothing happens. I try to start the car and it just won't
start at all.  However, when I attempt to start my car I hear a beeping
sound along with an image of a car on my odomoter blinking. The image
attached is what I see along with the beeping sound I hear upon start. Is
my car totaled?

That is the antitheft light,if car was flooded as you said,it triggerd the anti theft, may have to let it dry out before anyone can diagnose if there is anymore issue,s,even if car drys out you may have other issue,s if water got into car, have a certified mechanic check it out before running it.
