Camaro 2LS mileage and age?

I’m considering buying this camaro for about 10k.
It’s a 2012 with about 117k miles in it. My concern
is the dependability of the vehicle due to its old
age and high mileage. Should I skip this one?

might need to change the timing chain very soon. my 2012 2LS has 70k and trouble free.
