Ac compressor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My cars compressor clutch connector is damaged
can I take off the clutch and replace the wiring and
connector without replacing the clutch itsself ?

it all depends where the damage is on the field coil if it is to close that you have no room to repair it then you will need to replaced the assembly but if you have enough of the wiring to splice it properly you should be ok
