That depends on your manner of driving and the operating conditions. The on board computer will calculate the remaining life time of the engine oil based on a number of factors and will give a message when it is about due for a service (15% oil life left: roughly every 8-12k km or 5-7.5k miles). You will still require to check engine oil level between services though.
