03 Dodge caravan

I have a dodge caravan my ac or heat wont
work in the front but does in the back but
after driving it for maybe 20 mins and if i hit
something hard it sometimes starts to blow
in the front again what could be the cause?

Something going on with the blend door. It may be broke or could be a problem with the blend door actuator.
