turn signal wont work on back drivers side changed bulb middle socket dont seem to work on dodge caravan 2003

If your van has the push-in type bulbs, the socket is likely corroded. Look into the socket and see if this is the case. If so you can clean it somewhat with a spray cleaner and then coat the base of the bulb with dielectric grease. If you have a volt meter check for power to the socket. Attach one lead to a ground on the body and then check the contacts in the socket.
