transmmsion seems to make a grinding noise when you are driving but gears are charging okay

trans,may not be the problem,you could have a axle bearing going bad.have it checked buy mechanic.

This could also be your torque converter starting to fail. Not necessarily a transmission issue, but somewhat related.
