My breaks seem to pulse when I break like the rotars are warped. it's not the ABS!

2012 Ford expedition EL
It started a few months after we had it.
The dealership said it's a defect problem that has no fix.  
It seems to have gotten worse.

Go to another dealer. That sounds like baloney to me, blowing you off saying there is no fix.

I believe some years had a recall on brake calipers, check consumer reports or other sites for recalls on your model year vehicle, or check with another dealer.
