2012 ram sat for about a week starting was a
little ruff but started now engine light is on
and when I use remote start it shuts right off?
any ideas could battery of gone bad ?

If that's the original battery, you are probably right the battery is very low from sitting and may have even died from age. Have it tested and replaced accordingly. The code P0562 means the PCM has sensed a running voltage of less that 10 volts for more than 60 seconds. This makes the alternator look suspicious too so test it along with the battery for free at a auto parts store. Also, when there is a fault code or check engine light on, it will disable the remote start until the code is fixed. Long story short...Bad Battery.
