Transmission and power steering went out

Power steering went out after a big
crunch sound power steering fluid on the
ground after stopping then putting in the
park and turn it off turn it back on again
and now when you moved the shifter
lever the shifter lever moves but the
indicator does not take it out of park and
it's stuck in park

You sure it wasn't transmission fluid out on the ground? Have you checked the transmission fluid level and the color (condition) of the fluid?
