I have problem with my ac I can’t turn it off
while driving, so I have to stop the car and
turn it off then turn it on again . Otherwise I
cannot be able to turn air condition off

sounds like an electrical problem id bring it to a mechanical with alot of electrical tools

Perhaps the AC compressor clutch is sticking on. I would test for power at the compressor when the switch is off and see if there is power or not.
