2012 F350 cluncks when shifting in and out of 1st gear.

the problem didn't start until about 36000 miles.  had it into Ford 3 times now and
they say either the problem is fixed or they can't find a problem.  it makes a very
loud clunking sound and lurches forward.   we bought the vehicle brand new.

ain't fixed if it clunks! find another dealer who'll look at it under warranty and be glad for your new business and hopefully report the other guy to his Ford Rep.
