While driving my car will dye and the check engine light along with the lighting
bolt in backwards parenthesis flashes but does not stay on. They check engine
ight will go off and then come back on.

Is this the symbol? electronic throttle control. Any codes relating to etc? Does it die at idle or going down the hiway?
