and when it cools down/needs it, it takes it back..

exactly if you are losing excess amounts of fluids out the overflow though when it gets hot and builds pressure it pushes out alot where it over flows out the bottle and then pulls back almost every thing in the bottle then I would look at getting a new cap. the one on the truck might be weak allowing it to open at a low pressure.

I have an 05 Dakota Quad Cab SLT with 3.7L (V6) and it has a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. When I start excellerating from a stop, the truck RPM shifts smoothly through first two gears then it quickly shifts through third to fourth gear which causes truck to bog down. I have press on gas pedal little harder and it shifts back into third and picks up speed then shift into fourth around 48 mph. Is there any computer program for transmission that can change the RPM shift point in the transmission. 2 Answers
