what are the codes to cut a PATS key not program it for a ford explorer 2004

dealers only go back to 2006 mine is a 2004 my key was stolen so i need new keys so i can start my explorer.

we only have one locksmith around where I live the rest are 3 hours away. The dealerships are no help the system they have after the codes are 8 years old they delete automatically. They told me if i can find the code they could cut the key for me.
