JACK IT UP OR PUT IT ON A LIFT....UNSCREW ABOUT 8 SCREWS HOLDING THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE OIL PAN IN PLACE ..MAKE SURE YOU DON'T OVER TIGHTEN WHEN REPLACING GASKET....
