Timing chain

I replaced the timing chain and water pump on a
2005 Dodge Stratus 2.7 liter now it has a slight
knock and engine light came on and the codes are
multiple cylinder misfire crankshaft camshaft
timing misalignment how do I go about fixing this
problem hopefully without tearing it all apart again

I would say that you have got your timing chain misaligned. Not sure how advance you are in car repair but the timing chain must be put on with the marks in their correct places. After you install the chain with the chain in its correct position. You should then rotate the engine over a few times to see if the chain then comes back in alignment
