would bleeding the cooling system create the car to turn off immediately after starting

I recently replaced my bleeder valve and thermostatto
fix an overheating problem.now when I Drive about
20 minutes and turn the car off when I go to restart it
it immediately shuts off.

The key to be looked at is the over heating issue that prompted the repair. I don't see any correlation between the repair you did and the problem of shutting down. I think the shutting down is do to the engine having been over heated.
