master code to reset keypad on a 2012 explorer

I bought a used 2012 Explorer xlt from a used car lot who didn't have the code
for the keypad. is there somewhere in the vehicle that I can find the original or
master code so I can resit it myself?

You can get it from the dealer, or if you have two programmed keys you can retrieve the code to show up the screen. Insert the first key to the On position and wait 4 seconds, turn it to off and insert the second key to the on position and the key pad code should display.
