wheel bearings on front

Asked by Jennifer Aug 01, 2019 at 09:27 AM about the 2012 Ford Explorer XLT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

How much should I expect to pay for front wheel
bearings? And do you need to replace both if only
one is making noise.  The one needing replaced is
on the same side as the cv joint that they say
needs replacing.

It’s a good idea to replace suspension/steering parts in pairs. If bearing and CV is bad on one side then the other is not far behind.
