2005 Stratus wipers don't move

There seems to be power to the wiper motor but the arms don't move. Any suggestions of
what to check next? I can't seem to find a diagram of the motor and arms anywhere.

the little plastic bushing that connects the wiper motor to the linkage has probably broken. the piece is cheap, but it can be a pain to take apart.
