2005 Stratus Coupe SXT power outlet not working

I need my cigarette lighter/power outlet to charge my phone while I work.
When it stopped working I checked the fuse on the side of the dash & changed
it even though it didn't look blown but it still won't work. I looked in my manual
but didn't see any fuses under the hood that might help. Did I miss another
fuse or is there something else I need to check? Please help

Did you try testing the element? They fail like a fuse and just stop working.
