Did I get a lemon?

I now have 78k and this is the third time the
oil light has come on.  This past Spring
(2018) The Subaru dealer replaced my
transmission (no cost to me). Today I
started the 1200 mile oil consumption test.

You really need to make a habit of checking your oil level. If you seize it up due to lack of oil Subaru will not be sympathetic. You got a Subaru, nuff said?
