2000 TT has fuel that seems to be under pressure that spills at gas cap.

car starts and I can smell gas fumes. I found gas coming from filler nack which see ms like it is under pressure. Is there a valve near the gas tank causing this to happen?

I will try new gas cap and inspect tank ventilation valve. Oh and where is this ventilation valve located? Puddyy
