today I was driving down the highway going about 65-70 mph, all of a sudden
the car began to shake and stutter. I looked down and the check engine light
came on but disappeared after about 3 miles. Any ideas on what this could
be?

check the computer and no codes popped up. Is it possible it could have been a clogged filter or is that not serious enough to cause this?
