is the heater / AC blower motor working at all? if not could be the blower motor resistor shorted or bad

if it does work as you stated when you run it from the battery it means the blower motor is not the problem however the power comes from the selector switch low to high speed to the resistor from a fuse check for a blown ac fuse see if power is coming from the switch to the resistor.

Fuses are good but I don’t get power to the resistor so would it be the switch or resistor?

If you don't get power to the resister when the switch is on it could be the switch. Are you getting power to the switch from the fuse and if so when you turn on the switch is power coming out to the resister from the switch. Don't just test for power from the switch at the resister but rather power from the switch at the switch. make sure you are getting power on each side of the fuse as well.
