Seeping or leaking head gasket is the most likely cause. Is the engine oil the normal color or does it have a creamy off color look to it?

you can do a combustion leak test to determine if there are combustion gasses in the anti-freeze. The kit is 45 bucks ish. there are youtube vids on how to do it, not hard. you can also go to some muffler shops that help cars pass emissions and they can sniff the exhaust. these tests should tell you if the head gasket is bad.
