Where is the fuse box in the 2005 dodge neon and what fuse do I use for the cig lighter

open the drivers side door and look at the end of the dashboard, there is a panel there with a pull handle, give it a good yank and it will open. there is a diagram on the inside of the panel cover that shows you which fuse is what. if you dont have a fuse puller, take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the fuse out and replace it.

(2005 Dodge Neon) There's actually two fuse boxes. One under the hood on the drivers side, and the inside one mentioned above by Justin. The power outlet fuse is under the hood. Its a 20 amp blade fuse at the #14 position labeled P/OUT.
