A blower motor that works only on the highest setting is usually caused by the blower motor resistor pack going bad. That resistor pack reduces voltage to the blower motor on the lower settings. On the high setting it is bypassed and full voltage is applied to the blower. To replace it you have to access the blower motor, usually through the glove box and/or passenger air bag opening. It is a plug in module sitting on or near the blower motor. (the part costs around $35-40.) It's a DIY job, all you really need is a screwdriver. Google your vehicle and "blower motor resistor."

its the blower motor resistor for sure. There was a technical service bulletin on this issue. you will more than likely have a melted plug or burn wire to blower motor because they were pulling to many amps. the replacement part has been updated and the fan speed will be decreased slightly due to them stepping down the amperage.
