2001 jeep cherokee sport cylinder is out

In Texas, hot water was out. Replaced the radiator. Now they said the cylinder
is possibly cracked. If not, the head gasket needs to be replaced. Should we
invest into these?

Price the repair but a 19 year old Jeep is probably not worth fixing.
