2005 Dodge Neon not starting

makes a cluck cluck cluck sound when trying to start the car. before this
happened, the neon would have a hard time starting with a quarter tank of
gas. I would have to push the gas peddle to help start the car. The Neon
would start jerking while driving. Jerks around 20mph. I would let the gas
peddle go then slowly push on it and it slowly passed 20mph. I then had
the spark plugs and coil changed. Oil and filter was changed. Problem still
occurred. Now the Neon will not start. Just makes a cluck cluck cluck sound
when turning the key.

The clunk clunk sound may be bad battery or the starter is bad.
