I scanned my 2005 dodge neon and got P0016, P01457, P0456 How do i repair

The car is idling rough and when it is time to shift it hesitates, and chug-alugs. When you
try to accelerate it won't take its gas and chug-alugs.

P0016= Cam and crankshaft position alignment. P0456= EVAP small leak -- Likely gas cap. For the 0016 see http://www.obd-codes.com/p0016, may have jumped time. Now, is it P1457 and P0145 do not exist, I was trying to make sense of an apparent typo but neither one is a code
