All fuses are good but from cigarette lighter won't work no power

Are you using it as an actual cigarette lighter or as a 12v accessory socket? Have you checked the connection behind the lighter for power? Assuming all fuses are truly good.

You would need to use a test light or multi-meter. Test for power at the connector plugged into the back of the 12v socket or test the center rear pin from the front. Careful, don't touch the socket wall and rear pin. That would short the ground to power, blowing a fuse or causing damage to your test light or multi-meter. You can also use the test light or dmm (Digital Multi- Meter) to test for power at both sides of the fuse. I Hope this helps.
