Little heat

I have a 2004 Ford Explorer EB edition v8, its now
winter out and i can feel the difference in my truck
with heat. When i go to warm it up before having to
leave for work 15 to 20 mins, when I finally get in i
am still cold and have to wear hat m gloves can
anyone help out?

Move to Florida, just kidding, it may be that it needs a new thermostat. Also check to see if the coolant is full. Another reason could be the heater valve in the heater hose. They have a tendency of going bad. One more thing would be a plugged heater core. You may want to take it to a trusted shop to get checked out.
