Turns over but won't start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My friend has changed every thing they could think
of but her car turns over but won't start, she just
spent $500 in parts that weren't it, and now they are
stumped, what more could there be, please help, all
the obvious has been changed.

She changed the fuel pump redid the immobilizer and put a new fuel regulator senser, checked voltage to the pump and still won't start, it will turn over but not start

It’s the computer or the ignition switch then I just fixed a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8t yesterday with the same problem I changed the ignition switch and re did the computer in the car from scratch it runs now without a problem
