check the wires in the drivers door they are know for getting brittle and braking mainly the larger power and ground wires

sorry should have said the harness between the drivers door and the A pillar...you can see it with the door open it's in a rubber like boot ...you can actually just feel it and fell the broken wires in it sometimes

HAHA ..Ok ok lets go over this you say nothing on the master switch works at all? ....and you have both powers and grounds? the only thing it could be if you have them is the master switch ..the other windows get power though the fuse in the Power distribution center and the ground through the master switch via the lock out switch which shares the same ground with the dome light here are some wiring diagrams

here is the second one I will find out where the ground is for you

the ground is towards the center of the vehicle under the drivers seat ....you could try giving the ground circuit another ground via a jumper and seeing if the windows work ...its possible you have high resistance in the ground circuit and it shows good but isn't strong enough to handle the amperage

Just tap on the master window switch sometimes quite hard. That's how I found out it was the switch. Also always give the males a twist just to make sure the male is making contact within the female. The females are quite large in the Chrysler line up.

This happened to me. All fuses good. Removed driver door inside panel. The wiring harness had become unplugged from the door controls. Reconnected and all windows now work.
